01 What happened

A new evaluation program, five sizes at once.

Fundex has officially launched 2-Step Pro, a two-phase evaluation program available across five account tiers. The program strips out several common evaluation restrictions and pairs a straightforward profit-target structure with on-demand payouts once a trader reaches the funded stage.

One detail worth flagging upfront: the profit split described below is the one 2-Step Pro launched with. Fundex raised it from 70% to 80% the very next day, so the current live rate is higher than what's listed in the original announcement.

02 Pricing

Five sizes, from $10K to $200K.

Account sizeList price
$10,000$109
$25,000$299
$50,000$449
$100,000$749
$200,000$1,499
03 Evaluation rules

Two phases, and fewer restrictions than usual.

Phase 1 requires a 10% profit target, and Phase 2 requires 5%. Risk limits are a 5% daily drawdown and an 8% static maximum drawdown. The program removes several common evaluation restrictions: no minimum holding time, no minimum trading days, and no consistency rule at any stage.

Once funded, payouts can be requested on demand, with a minimum withdrawal amount of $50. The profit split, originally 70% at launch and calculated at the time of the payout request, is now 80% following Fundex's follow-up adjustment the next day.

04 Why it matters

A launch that looks better in hindsight than it did on day one.

Removing consistency rules and minimum trading days puts 2-Step Pro in the same category as several other rule-light evaluation products that have launched across the industry this year, prioritizing flexibility over structure. On its own terms, that's a reasonable pitch for traders who don't want their strategy shaped around an artificial pacing requirement.

What makes this launch notable in hindsight is the timing of the split increase. A trader who evaluated the program in its first 24 hours saw a materially different headline number than anyone who looked at it starting on day two, a reminder that a program's terms on launch day aren't always the terms it settles into.
