Terms of use. What we publish, what you can do with it.
The rules for using TraderPayout, in plain English: our content, our tools, the affiliate links, and the risk that stays with you when you trade.
TraderPayout is research, not advice. We check figures at the source and date them, but prop firms change their rules and prices, so confirm on the firm's own site before you buy. Some links are affiliate links and they never change a verdict or a verified figure. Trading futures carries a substantial risk of loss, and that risk is yours.

Your trades, your risk
Nothing here is a recommendation. Figures can change after we publish. Always check the firm's current terms.
01Who we are and these terms
TraderPayout (traderpayout.com, the "site") is an independent editorial publication for funded traders, operated by Unicorn, Building No. 60, Al‑Jazeera Street No. 342, Zone 22, Doha, Qatar ("we", "us").
By using the site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is intended for adults: you must be at least 18 to use it.
02No financial advice
Nothing on TraderPayout, including articles, reviews, rankings, calculators, positioning data, payout records and newsletters, is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument or to join any prop firm. We do not know your circumstances. Decide for yourself, and consult a licensed professional where appropriate.
Trading risk. Futures trading carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past results, including published payouts, do not predict future results. Prop firm evaluations are paid products that many traders do not pass, fees are usually non-refundable, and passing does not guarantee a payout. Funded accounts at many prop firms, including Apex Trader Funding, are simulated accounts.
03Accuracy of information
We verify figures against primary sources, such as a firm's help center, pricing pages or official data, and show the date we checked them. Prop firms can change their rules, prices and promotions at any time and without notice to us, so a page may be out of date by the time you read it. The firm's own terms at the time you buy always prevail over anything we publish.
We correct errors when we find them or when readers report them. If you spot one, write to info@traderpayout.com with the page, the figure and the source that contradicts it.
04Calculators, data and tools
Our calculators, simulators and data tools are educational. Their results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and on simplified models, and they may not reflect how a firm applies its rules in a given case. Third-party data, such as the CFTC positioning data in the Trade Validator, is shown as published by its source, which may delay or revise it. Tools are provided "as is" and may be unavailable or change without notice.
05Affiliate links, codes and third parties
How we are paid. Some links on the site are affiliate links, and some pages show discount codes. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are labelled where they appear. Commercial relationships never decide our verdicts, rankings, methodology or the figures we publish.
Codes and offers. Discounts, codes and promotions are set by the firm offering them. They can change, expire or be withdrawn at any time, and the price at checkout is the one that applies. We are not a party to your purchase: your contract, including refunds, account rules and payouts, is with the firm.
Third-party sites. Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
06Our content
The site's text, data compilations, tools, design and graphics belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and related rights. Third-party names and logos, including those of prop firms, belong to their owners and appear for identification, or under an affiliate programme where applicable.
You may read and use the site for your own non-commercial research, quote short excerpts with a visible link to the source page, and share links to any page. Anything beyond that, such as republishing full articles or tables, requires our written permission.
07Your submissions
When you send us something, such as a message, a tip, a correction or a payout proof, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it to run and improve the site, including quoting it with or without your name as you request. Guest articles are covered by the terms we agree with each author before publication.
Do not send passwords, account credentials, card or bank details, or anyone else's personal data. See the privacy policy for how we handle what you send.
08Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl or copy the site at scale, or use its content to train or fine-tune AI models, without our written permission;
- republish substantial parts of the site or present our content as your own;
- interfere with the site's operation or security, or try to access systems you are not authorised to use;
- send false information, impersonate others, or use the site to harass, defame or mislead;
- use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, your product or your offer.
We may restrict access for anyone who breaches these terms.
09Disclaimers and liability
As is. The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limits. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, fees paid to third parties, lost data or opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity. If you breach these terms or infringe someone's rights through your use of the site, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses we incur as a result, to the extent the law allows.
10Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and disputes will be heard by the competent courts of Doha. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts where that law gives you one. Before going to court, please write to us: most issues are resolved faster that way.
11General
- Availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
- Severability. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these terms still applies.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a provision at a given moment does not waive our right to enforce it later.
- Entire agreement. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
- Language. These terms are written in English; if a translation exists, the English version prevails.
12Changes to these terms
The current version is always at this address, with its version and effective date at the top. For material changes we will email newsletter subscribers before they take effect and show a notice on the home page for at least 14 days. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
