XP, levels, and a leaderboard.
HantecTrader has upgraded its rewards system for active community members into a level-based structure. Traders earn experience points (XP) through community engagement, and climbing levels unlocks discounts or free challenge accounts at set milestones. It's a familiar gamification pattern, community activity converted into tiered, escalating rewards, applied here to a funded-account firm's own trader base.
Ten milestones, alternating between two reward types.
| Level | Reward |
|---|---|
| 10 | 20% off |
| 25 | $5K 2-Step Enhanced Challenge |
| 50 | 30% off |
| 75 | $10K 2-Step Enhanced Challenge |
| 100 | 40% off |
| 125 | $25K 2-Step Enhanced Challenge |
| 150 | 50% off |
| 175 | $50K 3-Step Endurance Challenge |
| 200 | 60% off |
| 225 | $50K 2-Step Enhanced Challenge |
The discount track climbs cleanly, 20% to 60% in five steps. The free-account track is less consistent: account size grows from $5K to $50K across four milestones, but the last two rewards, at Level 175 and Level 225, are both $50K accounts, just on different challenge structures (3-Step Endurance versus 2-Step Enhanced). Whether that counts as a genuine upgrade at the top of the ladder depends on how those two challenge types compare on rules and payout terms, which HantecTrader's announcement doesn't get into.
The ladder is automatic. The payout isn't.
Traders can check their current standing with the /rank command and view the full leaderboard with /levels, both handled through slash commands in HantecTrader's community channels. Reaching a milestone doesn't trigger anything automatically, though: a trader has to open a support ticket to actually claim the reward tied to their level.
Gamified loyalty programs reward engagement, not necessarily trading skill.
It's worth being clear about what this program actually measures. XP is earned through community participation, not trading performance, so a highly active community member and a strong trader are two different profiles that this ladder doesn't distinguish between. That's not unusual for a loyalty program, but it does mean the free challenge accounts at the top of the ladder go to whoever is most engaged with the community, not necessarily whoever is best positioned to pass them.
The manual claim step is also worth noting on its own. A support-ticket requirement is a small piece of friction, but it's friction that sits between a trader hitting a milestone and actually receiving what they earned, and it means the reward isn't truly automatic even once the level is.
