01What happened

Exits set in advance, executed automatically.

Mubite has added limit-order Take Profit (TP) and Stop Loss (SL) functionality to its CLEO platform. Traders can now define an exact price for locking in profit or capping a loss, and the system executes the closure automatically, even if the trader has stepped away from the screen.

The stated goal is straightforward: cap potential losses on individual trades, protect the account's daily drawdown limit, and remove the need for a trader to be actively watching a position to manage its exit.

02How it works

A five-step setup, per trade.

  1. Open the dashboard and click the active trade or pending order to adjust.
  2. Go to Position Management in the top-right corner.
  3. Click Edit to modify the order settings.
  4. Choose the Limit execution type for both Take Profit and Stop Loss.
  5. Click Save to activate the orders.

It's a manual, per-trade setup rather than an account-wide default, so a trader has to apply it each time they want automated exits on a given position.

03Why it matters

The gap between a trading plan and a trading habit.

Most trading advice tells people to plan their exit before entering a position. Most trading platforms don't actually enforce that discipline; they leave the exit as a manual action a trader has to remember to take, often at the exact moment emotion is highest. Automated limit orders close that gap by making the planned exit the default behavior rather than something that depends on the trader's state of mind mid-trade.

For a funded account specifically, where a single bad exit decision can trigger a daily drawdown breach, that kind of automation is a meaningful risk-management upgrade, not just a convenience feature.
